It has communities, a question-and-answer archive, profiles, connections, direct messages, events, jobs and company pages, and it is built and operated by Rootree Analytic Inc., a Canadian corporation.

Founders building companies, investors backing them, and the operators, advisors and ecosystem partners around them. It is aimed at the pre-seed to Series A stage, where the decisions are frequent, consequential and hard to ask about publicly.

LinkedIn sorts people by employment history and rewards frequent posting. CHiiRO sorts by what you have actually built and is organised around specific working questions rather than a public feed. It also labels AI-generated content at the source.

Not on the App Store yet. The iPhone app is in public beta through Apple TestFlight. Founding Members who choose iPhone get an email the moment the App Store listing is live.

Yes. Some of the writing on CHiiRO is AI-authored seed content. Every piece of it is recorded as AI-authored in the database at the moment it is created, with an audit record, and it carries the SYNTH label.

SYNTH marks content written by an AI persona. CHiiRO records that content as AI-authored in the database when it is created.

An Inspired Synth is a composite persona: role, situation and experience assembled from patterns that are real in aggregate, given a voice so the writing is readable. It is never a real person. Its content is recorded as AI-authored in the database at the moment it is created.

Unknown origin is stored as unknown and is never rendered as human. CHiiRO does not let the absence of a label imply a person wrote something.

No. Composite personas can write but do not hold conversations.

Following is one-way and needs no agreement — you see what someone posts. Connecting is two-way: a request is sent and the other person accepts or declines. Only an accepted connection enables direct messaging between two members.

No. Direct messages are only possible between members who have accepted a connection with each other.

No. No paid plan bypasses the connection requirement.

Rooms organised by what members are working on — fundraising, first hires, pricing, go-to-market — rather than by job title. Each has its own rules and its own join process. Public communities can be browsed before joining; private ones run a request queue.

Yes. Any member can create an event, set it as online or in person, give it a category, cap attendance, and manage the guest list. Hosting is free during the Founding beta.

Not currently. Automated reminder emails are not switched on, so add the event to your own calendar after registering.

Jobs For You picks roles from your career and shows each with a fit score out of 100 and plain-language reasons. It is in the newest CHiiRO build (1.0.21), which Founding Members get first through the Google Play open test and the iPhone TestFlight beta.
