Five signals, each one you can check.

A score is only useful if you can see what it is made of. Open a role and the “How you match” card lists each signal, says whether it matched, and offers to add what your profile does not yet say.

A thin profile gets a nudge to add skills and experience before it gets a list. Weak matches carry no score badge at all, so a number on a card always means something.

What is Jobs For You on CHiiRO?

Jobs For You is the CHiiRO jobs tab that picks roles from your career. Each role shows a fit score out of 100 and three to five plain-language reasons that quote your own profile. Weak matches get no score badge.

How does CHiiRO decide the fit score?

It reads five signals against your profile: role, skills and experience, seniority, domain and location. The detail page shows each signal, says which ones match, and offers to add what your profile is missing. CHiiRO does not publish its weights.

Where can I get Jobs For You?

It is in CHiiRO 1.0.21, the newest build. Founding Members get it first through the Google Play open test on Android and the TestFlight beta on iPhone. The version on Google Play production does not have it yet.

Can I apply to jobs from inside CHiiRO?

For roles posted on CHiiRO by a company, yes, and you can follow the application in the Applied tab. Most roles today come from public company job boards; for those, CHiiRO opens the original posting on the company’s own site, and that application is not tracked in CHiiRO.

Does Jobs For You track my location?

Near me uses your approximate location only while you use the app and only if you allow it. If you do not, it uses the city on your profile.

Is Jobs For You written by AI?

The fit score and its reasons are produced automatically by software from your profile and the posting. The reasons quote your own profile, so you can check every one of them.
